Imagine the interviewer reaching out across the desk to shake your hand. Imagine the interviewer then saying something like, “You are exactly the candidate we want for this position. I'm going to get together with HR to summarize our interview today. We will send out a job offer in the next few days. I am looking forward to working with you.”
